1. Company Overview

Nadir Digital Textile provides high-quality sublimation digital printing services on polyester fabric, custom textile printing, and related production services.

2. Orders & Custom Printing

  • All orders are processed according to the design, size, and specifications provided by the customer.
  • Customers must provide high-resolution design files for best print results.
  • Once the design is approved and printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
  • Custom printed products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in PKR unless stated otherwise.
  • Pricing depends on fabric type, size, quantity, and customization.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required before order processing.
  • Orders will only be confirmed after payment verification.

4. Production Time

  • All orders will be ready within 7 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Production time may vary depending on order quantity and customization complexity.
  • In case of any unexpected delay, customers will be informed accordingly.

5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Color Variation Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and the sublimation printing process, slight color variations may occur between the digital preview and final printed product. Such variations will not be considered defects.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs do not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
  • Nadir Digital Textile will not be held liable for unauthorized use of copyrighted content provided by customers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any design that contains illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

  • Custom printed products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed in case of verified manufacturing defects.
  • Any complaint must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photographic evidence.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nadir Digital Textile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
